Hi Greg,
I've attached the life tests run on the LM2831YMFX/NOPB. The RPPM for this part over the last 4 years is 0.863.

For new projects I would recommend TPS628302 or TPS628512.

Unfortunately we don't have a footprint compatible part with longer softstart time. You could consider the newer TPS628512 that has a SS pin to help with the longer start up times.
