The TPS62A02 is a 2A device. It is not recommended to apply 3A load to it. If you need 3A load current then I would suggest to evaluate the TPS62A03 .

Thanks for providing the operating conditions.
With Vin = 3.3V, Vout = 1.9V, Iout=595mA, the ripple is lesser than 10mV, with just a 22uF Cout.
Please note that these measurements are performed by using TPS62A02EVM-197 Evaluation board…
