    No, they cannot be easily paralleled. As well, please see the TPS630250 which is higher power, more efficient, and smaller. If you are powering something like a GSM, usually capacitance is used to buffer the required energy.

    Hi TS, This IC has 100% mode, which is explained in section 8.4.3 of the D/S. But if you have such a low Vin, a buck-boost like TPS630250 or low-Vin buck like TLV62585 would be better.
