The requirements are Vin 1.8-3.7V, 1A current, AECQ qualified,-55 to125C,Vout is 3.3V
The LM25118 has an automotive grade but not a mil-grade part. We do have TPS63060-EP which is not an exact match but does have meet more of the military grade requirements as it is part of our enhanced product line of products.
