Part Number: TPS65105 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65101 , TPS65100 Hi team,
here using TPS65105 in LCD display, 5Vin, 11Vout, Io-400mA. But found that at first few time powering up, the chip output rise but cannot maintain 11V out, drops quickly…
Hello Damien,
Noise coupling, if it is large enough, will cause the TPS65100 device to shutdown due to being out of regulation as detected at feeback node. Another device in the same family, TPS65101 does not have a shutdown when FB is out of regulation…
Part Number: TPS65105 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65101 Hello,
I'm using TPS65105 in my circuit of display driver. I need different voltages for VGH, VGL, AVDD, DVDD, VCOM. Attached is the schematic of TPS65105.
I'm getting AVDD =3.3V and…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65101 Customer asks:
"I'm having my board assembled with the device TPS65101. I need to adjust the increase the timings of positive charge pump O/P by few milliseconds from Negative charge pump.
Please let me…
I see 2.5V in the Base pin of TPS65105, while the npn transistor is removed.
Also from TPS65101 architecture, could see the Base pin driven by internal switch "Q10"
Hello Adrian,
As long as you do not have a load connected the part will work normal even if the thermal pad is not connected. The thermal pad is just there to help dissipating the power, it does not have an electrical functionality.
I expect that you…
Hello Cemal,
Yes, the part can be used with 3.3V. Please check the protection feature of the part. If your system does not need this feature I recommend usint TPS65101. This is exactly the same part without this specific feature.
Best regards, Brigitt…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65150 , TPS65101 , TPS65146 I have a circuit (see attached) provided by an LCD manufacturer that illustrates using the POL signal from the display to derive the VCOM signal. From what i've read, LCD Bias ICs generate VCOM…
