    Also, I probed the pins of TPS65145 chip on the DLP670S EVM (p.4 of the schematic), and pin 24 (seems like the enable signal?) is 0V. Is this normal? Other pins I tested include pin 9 (which reads 3.3V) and pin 4 (also 3.3V).

    The TPS65145 output, Vo3, is now correct at +16.0V when reconfigured as a voltage doubler. Sheet 24 of schematic TIDR157, should be updated to remove C229 and connect pin 15 to ground.
