The lower output voltage should be ok. I'm afraid that I misread the datasheet when I said that a 3A output was not possible. You are correct, I would expect that you can get the 7.5V/3A, 9V/2A, 5V/1A outputs you want.

I review your schematic, it is okay, but layout is bad.
I think the issue is caused by bad layout, suggest place 30ea VIAs at thermal pad.
