    Hi, Jordan I review your schematic, it is okay, but layout is bad. I think the issue is caused by bad layout, suggest place 30ea VIAs at thermal pad. I attached a layout guideline for your reference. TPS6525x_LAYOUT_GUIDE.ppt

  • TP65252 can not ouput 2A,3A current !!

    I use the TP65252 for power supply, like this BLUK1 : 5V , 3A BLUK2: 3.3V ,2A but when the 3.3V load is up to 400mA ,the 3.3v is drop down with 10ms.
