Part Number: TPS73801-SEP
Tool/software:
Hi,
is it feasible (if yes how) to use the TPS73801-SEP to generate an output voltage of 1V (i.e. less than 1.21V) ? If it's not feasible : what would be an alternative space enhanced (rad tolerant + plastic…
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Hello, My customer would like to have Transient Thermal Impedance plot data for TPS73801-SEP as follows.
Best regards, K.Hirano
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Tool/software:
The AC model of the TPS73801-SEP shows peaking in the output impedance when a modulated load current is applied. Does the part actually behave like this?
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Tool/software: Do we have data to help determine a worst-case drift over temperature for fixed loads and input voltages (such as a table?)
Thanks
Steve
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Tool/software: Hello,
i have a question, why the SEP series has been assured as SEL 43MeV?
I want to know the reason of the standard(43 MeV).
Is it becasue of the orbit(LEO) analysis? or anything else?
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Can we use the TPS73801-SEP when the input voltage is 5.45V?
Should we consider the derating rule based on the ECSS standards?
- Linear voltage regulator = Vin * 90%

Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Tool/software: The SEE test report for the TPS73801-SEP shows that it was tested up to 43MeV-cm2 /mg.
Was this part tested up to 75MeV-cm2 /mg? And do you expect it to fail at that level?
Thank you.
Part Number: TPS73801-SEP Tool/software: Hello,
I am using the TPS7801-SEP LDOs in my PCB design and have encountered system issues related to inrush current. Currently, I control the enable (EN) signal so that it rises only after the input power supply…
