Unfortunately it is not common to have an active low enable or shutdown circuit. The closest device that I am aware of is TPS769; however, this will not fulfill your Vin requirement. Are you able to use an inverter on the enable signal?

Unfortunately I do not think we have such a graph specifically for the -HT or -EP version. I would recommend that you stay within the recommended input and output voltages (5-10Vin and 1.2-4.5Vout) and you should be good across the range…
The last 2 numbers in our LDO part numbers represent the output voltage for fixed voltage LDOs. For your application, you said you needed 3.3V, so you would need to look at the TPS769 33 . The datasheet is the same as the TPS76950.

Can you attach a circuit schematic of how the LDOs are being used? Also, waveforms (VIN VOUT EN) showing what the problem might be would be helpful (I am unsure what you mean by lockout).
