Part Number: TPS7A4101 Hello,
i use the TPS7A41 to regulate 30V-43V to 10V.
Look at my schematic picture.
It gets very hot, i can't touch it, but it works tough.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A4101TPS7A4101, is it practicable as an LED driver? An LED driver example is eliminated from a revised data seat(SBVS183A).
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM317 , TPS7A4101 The TPS7A4101 has a maximum rating Vout-Vin <0.3V. Other chips such as LM317 can be protected by a reverse connected diode, output to input. If the diode is schottky, VF is 0.4V or so which will not protect…
Part Number: TPS564201 Hello, I'm trying to simulate this device in LtSpice and I couldn't find an unencrypted model for the TPS564201. I noticed in this thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A4101 The datasheet for the TPS7A4101 shows an example circuit for driving an LED string (enclosed below. I have previously inquired whether the regulator must have a cap on the IN pin for stability reasons. The answer…
Hi all
I try to put the TPS7A4101 into my Simulation.
I became some node Errors, and I have seen the .lib is not correct. The device has 5 Pins and the Simulation file
has 6 Pins.... When I put the PWPD into my symbol then I became the Error to few…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM317
Hi all,
I try to implement this source for our sensor. we need to have 0,5-8mA at the Sensor. I don´t know if it is really good to use this component, maybe it is better to use the LM317. Or something completly different…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A4101 The datasheet for the TPS7A4101 requires at least a 1uF cap on the input for stability. However, Figure 13 (see below) in the datasheet does not show an input capacitor. When the device is used for driving LEDs…
