Part Number: TPS7A47-Q1 Hello,
Mu customer uses TPS7A4701-Q1 from Vin=6V to Vout=4.5V and checked the output timing. Would you please give me your comments?
1. They checked the output and found it took around 3ms from EN=1 to start Vout rising. They'd…
Part Number: TPS7A47-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01232 We have tested the TPS7A47-Q1 LDO voltage regulator and it has excellent performance for our application of filtering the output of our DC-DC Converters (< 1mV rms output ripple measured…
Part Number: TPS7A47-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A47 , TPS7A33 , LM337-N Hello!
I need a negative voltage regulator with input voltage -35V output current 1A with the same noise parameters such as the TPS7A47 Voltage Noise: 4.2 μV RMS (10 Hz…
Hey Fred,
The TPS7A47-Q1 (TPS7A4701QRGWRQ1) is automotive qualified and has a good thermal resistance.
Another solution to look at would be the TPS7B8601QDDARQ1 or the TPS7B8601QKVURQ1 also automotive qualified.
Best,
McKyla
Part Number: TPS7A47-Q1 Hi
We have the application with limited space on RF/Microwave hybrid frequency upconverter (hybrid means chip/die connecting by gold bond wire)
The maximum space allowed is 0.2 inch square while this QPN package dimension is 0…
Hey Jimmy,
The L99VR01 also appears to be a watchdog LDO. Unfortunately, we do not have any automotive, watchdog LDOs with the programable output, but I would recommend the TPS7A63-Q1 this is a similar LDO to the L99VR01 in functionality and has an adjustable…
Part Number: TPS7A47-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A47 , TPS7A4701EVM-094 Hi Team,
I have question about how to decide the feedback resistance when I use the ldo as a programmable type.
First of all, I'd like to know the circuit topology in this…
Thank you very much for your reply.
Sorry for forgetting to add, my input voltage is 12V, and the output is 10V and more than 100mA (thanks for your hint, I think I know how to find LDO). I'm not too sure about the calculation of PSRR. Assuming the…
Hey Ahmet,
Some alternatives would be the TLV767, TPS7A47-Q1, and TPS7A49. Unfortunately, they are currently facing supply issues as well. Do you happen to have a sale representative that your team works with? This forum usually is used for technical…
