    Hey Hirata, Using the TPS7B6350EVM to test, I sent a 3V signal to the EN pin and the delay to turn on is 1.055ms Vin (10V) is the yellow, Vout (5V) is the pink, and EN (3V) is blue. I hope this helps! Thanks, -Jimmy
