  Hi Luke, We don't have any LDOs that communicate through SPI. The devices in our portfolio with watchdog are TPS7B63-Q1 , TPS7B68-Q1 , and TPS7A63-Q1 . Of these, the TPS7B68-Q1 is the only one that meets the 500mA requirement. Regards, Nick
