Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1
In the past I have experienced output overshoot when EN toggled Low to High while residual charge on the output.
Could you advise if TPS7B81-Q1(8133) behaves the same or it keeps output within target ouput voltage?
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hi Guys,
I have a customer that wants to tie the enables together for the TPS7B8150 and TPS7B8133.Is there an issue doing this? Any internal resistances on the enable to worry about?
Doesn't look like it from the datasheet but…
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Dear TI,
What to do about the NC pins in TPS7B8150QDGNRQ1? My customer requires hard proof / official guidelines what must be done. To be precise there is a DNC pin in EVM not NC . For DNC there is info that it could be connected…
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hi Team,
Does the package have the information like

We want to know section 4.4 information abo…
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hello Expert, My customer is evaluating TPS7B8150-Q1.
Then, they observed approx. 200mV overshoot with 12~16Vin when they start up Vin and EN simultaneously. I think this is caused by slow loop response of this device and it is normal…
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hi Team
Customer wants to replace TPS7A6650QDGNRQ1 directly with TPS7B8150QDGNRQ1
The original SCH design is as follows. How should the SCH be changed after changing to TPS7B8150QDGNRQ1 ? THX (Currently the customer wants to keep…
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hello team,
I have two questions on TPS7B81-Q1 EN pin specification.
1. Are there any cases that current may flow from EN pin?(i.e. minus surge test)
2. Is there any pull-down resistor inside EN pin?
Part Number: TPS7B81-Q1 Hello,
I have Doubts regarding MPN-TPS7B8150QDGNRQ1.
Our Requirement is : Input:(6-36V), Output- 5V, 20mA Ambient Temperature-(-40 - 105degC)
1) Since I am using this circuit for wake-up supply so I connected EN Pin directly to…
