Marc, We're looking into why the STEP model is not showing on that web page. In the meantime, here it is. Regards, Oliver SIL0008D.zip

The TPS62674 is fully released and orderable. You can place orders through the usual channels. If you need samples, contact the TI sales support line or a TI sales engineer.

Hi Dorian, Can i ask one more question? 1.When TPS82674 working from PFM to PWM mode which it's Iout current loading thresholds is? 2.When TPS82674 working from PFM to PWM mode which Vout max voltage drop is 38mV ? base on Iout=0 to 385mA. Thanks…

Thanks for the details. I would recommend the TPS62125 for the 3.3V rail. It has the TPS62170 and TPS62160 as higher current pin to pin alternatives. Then, the TPS82674/5/7 would be the smallest way to get from 3.3V to 1.2V. The PG output of the…

Devices with a MODE pin include: TPS62260, TPS62510, TPS62232 (500 mA), TPS82674/5/7, TPS62650, etc. What is the end equipment? As well, many modern systems no longer need forced PWM mode to have acceptable ripple and noise performance.
