    Part Number: TPS84320 TPS84320の出力についてご教授いただけると助かります。 FPGAの電源用としてTPS84320を使用しているのですが、出力波形にパルス状のノイズ?が見えている状態です。 波形と回路図を添付しますので、何かアドバイスがいただけると助かります。 尚U402はシンボル上は1.03Vとなっていますが実際は0.95Vです。
