You could bump up the inject cap to 22nF to reduce the inject voltage swing. Also, I think you'll need higher choke inductance, if the CM current is 440V/550pF. Have you tried setting this up in simulation?

The phase is going to -180° when the gain is positive, corresponding to negative gain margin (instability). I recommend going with the default 680pF sense capacitors and increase Cg2 to 22nF.
