This is correct. The total mass of melamine substance in the Acrylic + Epoxy Lacquer material is 0.012mg. This corresponds to 3% of the mass of the Acrylic + Epoxy Lacquer (0.4015mg). You could also consider using the TPSM82823 part.

There is no plan to stop the TPS82085. There are supply constraints at the moment. TPSM82823 and TPSM82813 are the recommended alternatives.
