Part Number: TPSM82902 Can you confirm that there are no internal capacitors > 1uF for this device?
If there are internal capacitors from Vin to GND or Vout to GND, what are the values?

1) TPSM828302 is more optimized for better performance (efficiency, load transients, low EMI) for 5V input. TPSM82902 has a SS/TR pin to adjust the startup time, while TPSM828302 has a fixed startup time of around 300us…

TPS82140 & TPS82150 belong to same family.
The main difference in spec is High side FET current limit.
We more suggest next gen device-TPSM82902 for your use, because the performance is better.
