Part Number: TMUX6112 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS12A12511 Hi Team,
As titled, customer wants a switch that can short the channel (D to S) when VDD/VSS is not applied (0V).
If no, further question is if there is existing device in TI that does so…
Hi Chin,
Leakage between the control signal to the output signal is not normal behavior for a device that is not damaged.
Correct on the charge injection scenario. Charge injection only occurs when the device is being switched.
The TMUX1136 meets your…
Hi Ken,
The propagation delay is highly dependent on the loading of the multiplexer which is why we often do not deliberately specify this parameter. The device itself will have some small components contributing to the overall propagation delay (mainly…
Hi Massimiliano,
The propagation delay will actually be highly dependent on the loading of your system/multiplexer which is why we often do not deliberately specify this parameter. The device itself will have some small components contributing to the…
Hi Colin,
While we do not have that exact configuration that supports +/-3.3V, I would recommend using multiple TS12A12511 which is a 2:1, 1 channel switch that supports +/-2.7V to +/-6V and has good leakage performance at 500pA typical.
Thanks!
Bryan
Hi John,
TI doesn’t have a SPDT in a SC70 package with a Vcc or Vin that supports 12V. I recommend on using the TS12A12511. TS12A12511 is a 12-V, 2:1 (SPDT), 1-channel analog switch.
Thanks, Jon
