Part Number: TS3A27518E-Q1 在使用TI的TS3A27518EPWR芯片作为FLASH烧程序信号复用芯片时,出现了板子芯片无法烧录的情况,测量27518两端QSPI时钟频率一致,波形无明显变化,将27518芯片拆掉并进行飞线后可以对FLASH芯片进行烧录,证明PCBA布线设计没问题。更换多批次芯片全都无法烧录。 我们现在只能锁定问题出在27518这里,但是一直无法确定问题的原因。
