May I confirm the product shelf life of part TS3V340RGYR applies to two years ? I also want to know if there is higher shelf life for parts with AEC-Q100 grade?

When we set D(0V) connect to S1 and S2 is floating, we could measure a 0.3C~1V on S2 pin.
Could you help to explain why S2 is not 0V?

I did a quick search for 2 bit 1:2 device >500 MHz bandwidth and found these two devices below: TS3V340 and TS3L110. What type of signal are you trying to switch? Would these devices work?

the Peregrine switches can get that low in cost, in volume - but thanks for pointing out the TS3V340. that thing looks pretty interesting for what i do, too.
other device i have also used that is in TI portfolio is the CD4066, and specifically the military…
