A couple other things, are you using a filter for the clock and/or input?
When you say clock is 19 dBm, is that at the sig gen or at the clock pin?

Problem was solved!
Today, instead of a laptop, I connected TSW1400EVM and AFE5818EVM with a workstation.
Both work fine. They consume 2.45A@5V when the firmware were loaded. The current limitation was set 3A.
Those on board LED looks fine…
