TI does not have a multi-format video decoder unfortunately.
The closest would be a TVP5150/TVP5147/TVP5160 for PAL/NTSC, a TVP7002 for analog RGB/YPbPr and a TFP401/TFP501 for DVI. We don't have HDMI or Display Port receivers.
