TID information is written on the data sheet, so you can check it.
However, there is no SEL LET information, so I request the information.

Normal plastic packages probably have a high rate of outgassing. In any case, it's not tested.
The SN54HC273-SP and UC1637-SP are guaranteed to work in vacuum; see the Space Guide .
