Part Number: UC1825B-SP Hi Team,
A customer would like to confirm if they can belly solder the 5962R8768106VYC. Based on the HKH0020A drawing in the link below, the backside of the IC is a heatsink. However, the datasheet of 5962R8768106VYC (HKT0016A) didn…

My customer is trying to improve the tolerance on the internal clock on the UC1825B-SP, which is quite wide according to the spec sheet. It seems like the U…
Part Number: UC1825B-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1823A-SP , , UC1843B-SP Hello,
TI offers various space-rated "PWM controllers & resonant controllers" ICs. When I look at their datasheets (for instance, for the UC1825B-SP), it says it can support…
Part Number: TPS7H5001-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1825B-SP Hi team,
- Is it possible to use TPS7H5001-SP as not curretn mode, but votage mode like UC1825B-SP?
- Are there any devices that can support 2MHz PWM with voltage mode?
- Could you…
Part Number: UC1825-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1825B-SP Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
Please advise if 5962-8768101VEA (UC1825-SP) has any thyristors or not. We would like to understand if there is any potential for Single Event Latch-up (SEL…
Hey Davide,
TPS7H5001-SP has more features than many of our other options, but the UC1825B-SP and UC1843B-SP are 100 krad controller options if the TPS7H5001-SP doesn't work for you.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hello Daniel,
Thanks for your clarification about maximum duty cycle of UC1825-SP and the UC1825B-SP . But, how about UC1825A-SP ?
Besides, "the adding both of the phases together" means to add duty cycle of OUTA and OUTB, right?
Part Number: UC1875-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1825B-SP Hi Team,
My customer is looking at using both the UC1875-SP and UC1825B-SP in a new application. We would like to understand if either of the two products can be configured such that Vgs1…
