Part Number: UC1834-SP Hi,
The LCC package for UC1834-SP has multiple NC pins. Are these pins connected to the die in any way? Asking this if these can be connected to the thermal plane for better thermal performance
Thanks
Nandha
Part Number: UC1834-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1901-SP , UC1834 Hi,
The datasheet does not specify the leakage current of the open collector output. Can I get a rough estimate for the worst case value for the leakage current over temperature…
Part Number: UC1834-SP Hello,
We are using this part in a design, and want to understand if any of the NC terminals needed to be grounded?
Thanks, Adam
Part Number: UC1834-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1834 Respected Sir/Madam,
In UC1834-SP, fault alert pin is an open collector for a steady state operation and for any fault condition it would can be pull up with a resistance to get an pulse for…
Part Number: UC1834-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1834 Hi
Vin max is given as 36V at UC1834 webpage, whereas Absolute maximum as 40V in datasheet.
It is clear that there is no guarantee for functioning of IC above 40V, but what will be the case…
Part Number: UC1834-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1834 Hello,
I am using UC1834 as a regulator after flyback DC-DC converter with MOSFET (JANSR2N7550T1) as the pass element. The output specifications for regulator are Vout=4V, Iout=0.2 A to 2.5A…
Part Number: UC1834-SP Datasheet for the UC1834-SP mentions the Fault Alert Output current as 2-5 mA. Request confirmation that this is the maximum output sink current of this section.
Thanks
