Part Number: UC1843A-EP Tool/software: Would you please tell me how the curve for Max Duty-Cycle vs Timing Resistor was derived?
I looked in Unitrode App Note U-111 and couldn't find that information.

Hi,
I'm planning to drive my FET with 300kHz switching frequency and %50 max. duty cycle. Therefore, I'll try to set the internal oscillator to 600kHz.
However, when I arrange it…
Part Number: UC1843A-EP Hello,
I have a question about one of the values specified in the output section of the UC1843A-EP datasheet. For the low-level output voltage when the output current is 200 mA, the nominal and maximum values are 15 V and 2.2…
Part Number: UC1843A-EP Hello,
I am searching the RTHJCBOT = thermal resistance Junction to case bottom value for UC1843AMDREP. Can you help me?
thanks and best regards

Part Number: UC1843A-EP Hi Team, Our customer is requesting for the Junction to case (theta JC) information for UC1843AMDREP. Can you share this information? Thanks! Jonathan
Hi Teng,
we solved problem by replacing IC from UCC28C43-EP to UC1843A-EP (bipolar version). UC1843A has a higher max voltage 30V and internal protection Zener diode. it looks like we have voltage spikes because our PCB layout is not perfect.
Also…

Thanks but please clarify where the RC values & 500kHz oscillator limit is specified - I do not see that in the UC1845A-EP datasheet (note this is a different datasheet than the regular UC1845A device). The datasheet I see from ti.com is SGLS134D…
Hi Daniel,
Okay, thanks for clearing that up. I'm assuming there is no TINA version of the UC1843A-EP model, but is there another TINA model that is similar enough to use for now?
Thanks,
Lupita
