Part Number: UC3525A
Hi
We're using UC3525A PWM IC, we observed abnormal current spike in mosfet drain current and it is causing mosfet. please look into below ref images and give us solution for eliminating current spikes.
Best regards,

Part Number: UC3525A
The output of the push-pull converter is used as the bus voltage to supply the single-phase inverter H-bridge (i.e. realizing the conversion of DC24V to AV380V, 50HZ)。The inverter output adopts an open-loop method
The output voltage…
Part Number: UC3525A Hi,
When I examined the UC3525A IC datasheet, I noticed that the oscillator frequency, resistance and capacitance values in sections 6.3 and 6.5 are different from each other. What values should I refer to? I'm designing a half…
Part Number: UC3525A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28035 The input voltage of the push-pull converter is DC24V ( two 12V batteries). DC24V is output to external devices through a diode to supply power. When the push-pull output Vo (DC350V) passes…
Part Number: UC3525A If the V+ (P15) = 30v, the N.I.INPUT(P2)=30v and there is 20k ohm resistor between p1 and p 9. So could the INV.INPUT(p1) get 30v ~?
