Part Number: UC3854B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC3854 Hi All,
I have a question about the UC3854B.
Is there a distribution map documnet that shows the variation in Input offset voltage below?

Part Number: UC3854B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC3854 Hi Expert,
Do we have any P2P replacement of UC3854BN?
Or if customer can change layout, do you have suggestion parts?
Regards,
Jared.
Part Number: UC3854B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC2526 Respected sir,
we are doing the EMI/EMC test of our SMPS(1600W) . It is failing at high frequency (Greater than 20 MHz) region during conducted emission test.
We are using PFC Controller…
Part Number: UC3854B Hi,
My current problem with the UC3854B is that the output dc voltage changes with the input and is not constant at any range of the input voltage.
What can be the reason for that?

Part Number: UC3854B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC29910A I am not getting the PFC design to work properly and my output voltage level was less than input. Also the current waveform was badely distorted.
My input voltage varies from 5 to 70 v…
Part Number: UC3854B Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC3854 Hello,
I am using the UC3854B for PFC application ,but was not getting the results needed, the voltage level was lower that the input and the current waveform was badly distorted.
The input…
Part Number: UC3854B Hi ,
I am using UC3854B PWM IC in my PFC design. I am referring functional block diagram and found SR flip flop inputs named as RRS. Is it a printing mistake or else some thing else.
I feel one is clock (CLK) and other two are…
Part Number: UC3854B Hi TI,
Could you help to review the schematic as attachment?
Actually, we have a issue with the oscillation of gate output.
Some ICs on the same board have this oscillation and others do not have this problem.
Hello benhsiao ,
You are seeing a slow turn off of the FET because the gate drive output of the UC3854B is not able to perform a fast turn off of the FET at this high switching speed. Are you driving the FET directly from the ic ?
