Part Number: UCC14240EVM-052 Hi team,
On the below schematic, VIN=24V, VBIAS=5V with no load, output voltage is 0V. Is it correct? UCC14240 must need load to see the voltage output on secondary side?
Best regards,
Hayashi
Part Number: UCC14240EVM-052 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC14240-Q1 Hi,
1、Do you see that UCC14240-Q1 is a vehicle standard product? Is there an industrial standard product for UCC14240?

Why do they have different power capability? What is difference in aspect of internal component or test parameters?
Typical TSHUT is 150C vs 160C which means that if both ICs are operating below their respective thermal shutdown, the power…
Hi Sridharan,
1. For VDD resistor divider, please updated top resistor to 50kohm to generate 15VV at VDD. VEE resistor divider looks good.
2. I am not sure what User Guide you got that schematic from. I check the user guides for UCC14141-Q1 and UCC14240…

Federico,
A few recommendations to get you started:
Suggest to use UCC14241-Q1 or UCC15240/1-Q1. All are p-2-p compatible with UCC14240-Q1. Versions that end with "1" are 5kV isolation, versions that end with "0" are 3kV isolation and 15240/1 vs…
