Part Number: UCC21540-Q1 Can this chip be used in the situation that the frequnency is very low? For example, this chip should control the high side mosfet and the low side mosfet both being ON for more than 60 seconds. At this period, these mosfets won…
Part Number: UCC21222-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21540-Q1 , UCC21520-Q1 Hi team,
How much channel to channel voltage could UCC21222-Q1 deal with? Another device, such as UCC21540-Q1, shows its "Channel to channel isolation voltage" abs max…

Hey Team,
I have a customer that is deciding between the UCC21222-Q1, UCC21520-Q1, and UCC21540-Q1 for a Belt Start Generator (BSG) automotive application. …
Hi, Gabriel,
I would recommend UCC21540-Q1 if a dual driver is required. Since we don't have a dual-driver with Miller Clamp, you will need to use the split-supply to help. There are several examples of split-supply in the datasheet.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21540-Q1 , SN6505B Hi
Lets assume that i am building a fullbridge/H-bridge and that i am for instance using LMG341xR070 or UCC21540-Q1 to do so.
To power the high side of the H-bridge i want to power from an isolated module…
Hi Sébastien,
Yes, this could potentially work. In the orderable part number UCC21540AQDWKRQ1:
“A” denotes a version. This part is UCC21540A and has 5-V UVLO (different from UCC21540 which has 8-V UVLO). See the datasheet table included below…
Part Number: UCC21540A-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21540 I am trying to simulate the driver circuit using UCC21540 IC. I am getting the following message in LTSpice and the errors are due to the UCC21540 model. The simulation is going on forever…
Part Number: UCC21520-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21530 , UCC21520 , UCC21540 Hi,
My customer's application is in 800V bus voltage application. They chose the UCC21530 in before, but met the noise issue for the low UVLO threshold. So they change…
