Part Number: UCC23313 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC23525 Tool/software: Hi,
We are replacing HL11L1 and TSC428 circuit with UCC23313BDWRY, As they have used R and RC (R736, R727 and R737) to drive opto-coupler (H11L1) as shown below.
Is this RC…

I have been looking at isolation drives recently and saw that the optocoupler isolation driver UCC23513 and the single channel…
Hi Jenson,
I have made a model for UCC21551, UCC21550B, and also for UCC21750.
I have not yet made a model for the UCC23313. This device will soon be replaced by the UCC23525, for which I likely will have to make a PSPICE model.
Best regards,
Sean
Hi Sean Cashin,
Thank you for your reply.
As per the schematic +3.3V_uC and PWM_From_3.3VMCU are not input options. here PWM_From_3.3VMCU is the PWM signal(70Khz) coming from 3.3V microcontroller is only the input signal. But +3.3V_uC(optional) is like supply…
Hi Saad,
To supply 6600nC in 28ns, you would need 235.7A. This is impractical. The datasheet rise time is for an unloaded output only.
Peak drive current is likely a limiting factor with the UCC23511, which is is optimized for low cost and low output…
Hi Lauren,
Here is a zipped Altium file for the UCC21513DWY.

You should think about using the update to this device that will be released in March, called the UCC23525.
Best regards,
Sean
