Hello there,
The part number (UCC27288) was provided just as a reference while posting the question and the question is majorly related to a design equation in an application note on gate drivers as mentioned below…

Part Number: UCC27288 Good afternoon,
I have been struggling for a couple of weeks now implementing the UCC27288DR Gate Driver to drive IPP200N15N3 Mosfets for use in a 3 phase motor driver. The control works and the motor operates successfully, however…
Part Number: UCC27288 Hi All,
I'm looking for a way to calculate or determine the maximum switching frequency based on the information available in the datasheets. Using the UCC27288 as an example, is there a way to use the switching characteristics to…
Part Number: UCC27288
Hello team, I’ve got a question from the customer, and would like to ask your advice.
What would be the benefit for the customers to use half-bridge driver with external bootstrap diode (like UCC27288) ?
Would the external…
Also, Zihao,
I am confused by your statement, "...works on devices that don't have interlock"
I don't think you are referring to UVLO, because the UCC27288 has UVLO as well....
I have an isolated DC-DC converter that can provide 800mA…

My customer now are designing a 4 switched Buck-Boost converter. And they are using UCC27282 as the gate driver…
Hello Yun,
As Richard mentioned, there are several 600V half-bridge drivers that do not have the integrated diode from TI. Here are a couple of the 100V half-bridge drivers we have available at TI: UCC27288 and LM5109B-Q1.
Best,
Avery
Hi Ben,
Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you will want to implement charge pump circuitry to help keep the boot cap charged. TI has a tech article available that helps explain the process for implementing a charge pump: Link . I am unaware of…
