Part Number: UCC27517 Hi
UCC27517 has internal pull-up 200kohm for IN- and pull-down 230kohm for IN+.
Could you please let me know the variation (max, min value) of those internal resistors?
Thanks
Muk

Part Number: UCC27517 Hi,
I am considering using the gate driver of UCC27517. I have the following questions among them. (1) Is there a limit on the pulse width (MIN) of the signal input to the IN + and IN- pins? For example, when pulses with a width…
Part Number: UCC27524 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 projects on the demand drive current smaller 1A, 2A, 3A, replace ucc27517 and ucc27524,
is there a recommended common model?
Part Number: UCC27517A-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 Hi All,
What's the input parasitic capacitor value for UCC27517A-Q1 IN+/- pin? thanks.

Hi
I have some question about output current(sink/source).
On the datasheet, it is defined as following.
On the other hand, the drive output current is a pulse current at some frequency.
For example, the RMS current is 318mA when Ipeak is…
Part Number: UCC24612 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 , Hi
Our application is LLC with 4.25V / 50~60A output.
Can we add a gate driver UCC27517 to work together with UCC24612-2 for this application?
or is there any other suggestion?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 Is it advisable to use RCD delay network at the input of UCC27517 gate driver chip in order to delay the pulse ?.
Datasheet says that the input has schmitt inputs, one can assume no issue in using RCD network…
