Part Number: UCC27611 Hi TI,
I am using the UCC27611 to convert a standard MOSFET half bridge driver to GaN levels. The half bridge driver is from a buck-boost controller IC and uses boot-strap.
The converter works in this configuration but I have an…
Part Number: UCC27611 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17313Q2 Hi,
I am using the UCC27611 to drive a GaN Fet (EPC2204). The rise and fall times in my current design do not match what is in the datasheet.
I do get 5ns fall times, however, the rise…
Part Number: UCC27611 Hi,
I want to use gate driver UCC27611 to drive GaN FET and we didn’t understand from the datasheet if the output voltage is tied to Vref (5V) or VDD (4V-18V).
I would appreciate an explanation.
Thanks, Yonatan.
Part Number: UCC27611 Hi Support team
my customer would like to increase the Vgate to around 6V, is this possible to direct feed 6V into VREF pin to achieve it?
if no, any idea or suggestions to increase the Vgate
thanks a lot
Part Number: UCC27611
I currently have 0.1uf and 1uF capacitors on the VREF pin. The issue is that during startup in can take 76usec for the VREF to come up to 5V. This results in unpredictable switching and no switching during this time. I would like…
Part Number: UCC27611 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG1020 I am trying to use the UCC27611 GaN driver to drive the Laser Components QuickSwitch pulsed laser diode (which consist of a high current switch, charge storage capacitor and pulse laser diode…
Part Number: UCC27611 What is the recommended and minimum voltage headroom for the internal linear regulator to operate at its optimum line rejection/PSRR? Any curves available with regards to PSRR/Vin/Iload?
thank you
Part Number: UCC27611 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG1020 , Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
The project I'm working on is designing a Wireless Power Transfer System. I was wondering if the UCC27611 would be a suitable choice to drive an EPC2019 or EPC2207…
Part Number: UCC27611 Hi Team,
Our customer is asking about UCC27611DRVT if it is ensured that the gan fet driver output is held LOW at 0V supply voltage and if an external pull-down resistor is required to the gan fet gate for safety?
I checked the datasheet…
