Part Number: UCC2802
If X-ray test can also done at these industrial parts?
Test item difference due to different test platform?
Any automotive parts in production with wire diameter change from 1.3 Mil Au -> 0.96 Mil Cu implemented?
Lifetime and…

Part Number: UCC2802 Hi Team,
At page 3 of the datasheet, the temperature range of D packages is -40C to 125C but at page 42 the UCC2802DTR (D package) is rated at -40C to 85C. Can you please confirm which is correct?
Regards,
Danilo
Hi,
The difference between UCC3802 and UCC2802 is their temperature range.
UCC3802, temperature range 0 to 70C. But UCC2802 -40 to 125C. So if your design needs work with outside 0 to 70C, UCC3802 cannot be used since its temperature specs are violated…
Part Number: UCC2802-Q1 Hi Team,
We are penetrating our ucc2802-q1 at my customer side, we got question from customer that what is the absolute maximum voltage on OUT pin(Pin 6 as below):
As we can't find it in datasheet, but it's important for customer…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , UCC2802 Hi
Are there any user’s manual for configuration of transformer and ideal diodes on TINA-TI ?
And our customer is considering UCC2802-2, so could you provide the TINA-TI model ?
Thank you and best…
Part Number: UCC2802 Hallo together,
I want to know if it is allowed to supply the UCC2802 with 15V current limited by a 100 Ohm resistor so that I can directly supply a SiC-Mosfet with the
15V-output of the PWM-output. In the datasheet it is written…
Part Number: UCC2808-1 I think there is an error in the block diagram. There are two comparators tied to the Softstart line. One has threshold of VDD-1V but the softstart spec on pg 5 says the SS range is 0.5V to 4.0V. What is the correct threshold?
Part Number: UCC2802 In the UCC2802 D/S, it says the absolute max. VCC rating is 12V. However, the turn-on threshold of the UCC2802 is 12.5V,typ. It looks it's not making sensing, right?
and When supply voltage is higher than 12.5V, what happened? Being…
Part Number: UCC2803 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2802 Hi all. I made DC/DC converter with UCC2803, based at TI Power Designer WEBENCH Design Report. I never used before flyback converters, so for first try I totally copied TI Power Designer references…
