Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV3501 Hi Team,
Our customer encountered an error when he imported the unencrypted PSpice model of UCC2813-5-Q1 to LTspice. The model is not working, showing too many nodes in the simulation as…
Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Hi, I try to develop an isolated DC/DC with 9 - 32 V input and 12 V output with 3 A. If I decrease the input voltage under about 20 V, the output voltage is decreasing too. I think the problem is the current sensing of the controller…
Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Hi team,
Can you please check what is the thermal performance of UCC2813-5-Q1? The datasheet is too old it did not show any RθJA or RθJC, can you provide thermal information for UCC2813-5-Q1 in tabular format:
Many…
Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2813-5 Hi team,
My customer wishes to know what is the REF OK threshold and hysteresis for UCC2813-5-Q1, the datasheet did not specify this value. Could you please help us to find it?
Thank…
Hi Ray,
Yes, it can be used for primary side control with an auxiliary winding.
The device UCC2813-5 has same UVLO threshold as UCC2805, it can be a alternative.
Regards,
Teng
Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Hi
in datasheet, there is no this information, could you provide the Tj range of the Absolute Maximum Ratings and Tj range of Recommended Operating Conditions?
thanks.

Part Number: UCC2813-5-Q1 Hi there,
During testing it has been found that the switching frequency is half of what is expecting (expect 300KHz, have got 150KHz).
In document SGLS245D have got
Also, in SLUS161E we have found this note
Now I have 100pF…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2813-5 , TLV431 , UCC2813-1 , UCC2813-4 Dear all
I will develop the product using UCC2813-5. (Input : AC 50V or DC 50V +/- 30% OutPut : 5V / 12A (60W) A circuit diagram based on the circuit proposed by TI Webench has been…
Hi! OK I tried a couple of things.
First, I replaced C13 from 120uF to 200uF; it didn't seem to have any impact.
Next, I removed D5 and R3, and powered the UCC2813 from a benchtop supply (10V, current limited to 50mA). I applied AC and then powered…
