What is the maxium voltgae VFF pin can stand of UCC2818A-Q1, since i notice on datasheet, the VFF voltage only shows around 4.7V as below. Does this mean, the VFF voltage can not exceed 4.7V?

If the synchronization is critical to the performance of the system then the synchronisation signal should be present when the UCC2818a starts up. If not then I think it ok to sync the UCC2818a after start-up.
