Part Number: UCC28250 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models I have a 300v to 48v push-pull dc-dc using UCC28250 . because the input voltage already higher 75V, Can you let me know how to determine ramp resistance…
Part Number: UC3525A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28250 Hello,
- How does the internal soft start work in UC3525? is soft start on UC3525 different from UCC28250?
-in UC3525 the ss pin Capacitor is charged with a current source, but at what time…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28250 Hi,
I have a HV to 90V Half bridge dc-dc using UCC28250. During running normally we have approx. 90V on the output (loaded or unloaded). we have noticed that sometimes when the converter is disabled and enabled…
Hi,
1. The buck circuit is ok to use. The LDO is still there, so it looks no need this additional circuit.
2. It is for input voltage line UVLO on.
3. The same excel design tool for UCC28250 is ok to use.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28250 Hello,
Im using UCC28250 to control a half bridge converter. But I find the switching noise of MOSFET will interfering the controller. I was wondering do you have any suggestions to solve this issue?
Thanks a…
One more to consider might be UCC28250 which has lower SR to primary dead time, is well suited for bridge topologies, has SR control with prebias.

Hi,
I have a half bridge converter with schottky diode as secondary rectification (centre tapped transformer with 2 diodes), the power rating around 400W.
we have made several boards and in some we have issues at No/Low Load. in the boards with issues…
