Part Number: UCC28711 Tool/software: In my design after power up the Vdd voltage keeps fluctuating between 8.1V and 21V and MOSFET never starts switching. What could be causing this behavior and what is the best approach to fix this?
Part Number: UCC28711 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00173 , Hi, I always receive a lot of help.
I am referring to the document number TIDA-00173 and to create a higher capacity (approximately 100W) flyback.
I'm configuring a flyback using…
Part Number: UCC28711 Tool/software: UCC28711 IS NOT GIVING DRIVE PULSES AND NO VOLTAGE AT NTC PIN EVEN IT IS KEPT OPEN, No voltage at VS pin and RS1=110K ohm RS2=31.6K
Hi Seungpyo,
It is used for internal bias voltage, I am not sure how it is implemented internally (may be something like voltage controlled current source).

Harish
Part Number: UCC28711 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28740 Hi Team,
As there is a method to start-up VDD by HV pin, and when VDD reaches the 21-V UVLO turn on threshold, the controller is enabled, the converter starts switching and the start-up switch…
Part Number: UCC28711 It is understood that the switching frequency of UCC28711 varies with output. (I have seen that UC28C40 is used by connecting resistors and capacitors for user settings).
Looking at the datasheet of UCC28711, there are frequency…
Part Number: UCC28711 Tool/software:
Hi,
There is a problem related to this PWM IC please help me out of this, the issues are mentioned below
When I turned on the converter the output voltage was 0volts so I checked the drive pin (6th pin of PWM…
Part Number: UCC28711 Tool/software: Hello! I'm curious about what elements need to be changed and if there are any reference materials available if you want to increase the capacity to 100W in the topology of a 400- to 690-V AC Input 50-W Flyback Isolated…
Part Number: UCC28711 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00173 , , PMP22288 Dear Sir,
As per application note : TIDA-00173 (400- to 690-V AC Input 50-W Flyback Isolated Power Supply Reference Design for Motor Drives), shows RC filter in voltage feedback…
Part Number: UCC28711 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00315 , Hi
Is it possible to load the 15V AUX with 100mA extra for i.e. a PFC? Will that change the 24V output voltage?
