Part Number: UCC3803 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2803 , UCC28C53 Hi,
There's a section in UCC3803 datasheet called "Slope Compensation".
It uses one BJT and few passive components with it. How to calculate Rsc, Rf, Cf and Rcs? If…
Hi Tikeshwar,
We no longer support Tina, but the newer UCC28C53-Q1 does have a Pspice model which can be used with Pspice for TI .
Can this work for you?
Hi Vishal,
I created a separate project using UCC28C53. It is the same project that is automatically created when downloading the Pspice model from ti.com. I recommend doing the same.
Thank you

Hello Hong,
Thanks for your response .
I have tried replacing UCC28C43 with UCC28C53 in the above circuit, it works fine, but when I do further modifications like change the voltage source and turns ratio of transformer, my simulation…
Vasu,
I'm not sure why you are seeing issues with the TINA sim model? You are using a different transformer (coupled inductor) model for the closed loop vs open loop model. The open loop model has no FB so you should expect the inductor current to change…
Hi,
Ok, so your design is somewhere between 60W and 100W. So your power control system can be based on a flyback converter.
For battery load, if you need CVCC, then UCC28740 could be considered. This device has the feature of CVCC.
If CVCC can be achieved…
