Have you looked at the UCC29002 load share controller? Selecting the appropriate shunt resistor and current sense gain you can design a load sharing circuit that would distribute the 6A load evenly between the two supplies.
We're regulating cycle-by-cycle.. Is that the same as peak current mode control here?
In many datasheets it's recommended to use the UCC29002 with the UCC29850..?
Can you show me how to connect the two UCC28950 together regarding the voltage amplifiers…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC39002 , TPS40050 , UCC29002 Hi, Can the UCC39002 be used with a DC-DC converter that has no sense input? I did not see any examples in the user guide. Thanks,
Hello Frank
Please double check that your GND and S_VSS nodes are at the same voltage.
Have you followed the design instructions in the MathCad calculator on the product page
Here's a .pdf copy in case you don't have MathCad. /cfs-file/__key/communityserver…

I am attaching a schematic page from the TI reference design PMP10099 and this shows how the UCC39002 is wired up.
You can see that the ADJ pin adds an error signal to the feedback path of the power supply and this forces all of the modules…
Hello Wayne,
we do not have any prototypes to ship, you need to rebuild by your own. All the needed data, schematics, layout, C-code etc. is available at TI.com.
Attached a design review w/ additional data, best regards, Bernd

Hello Amal,
we can't provide any design support for rebuilding our designs; attached a white paper regarding this charger application.
Best regards, Bernd

Hello Mr. Arokiaraj,
1. please check schematics, the charger is intended to be parallel via CAN bus i/f;
2. if you want to upgrade a single converter the power stages itself need an upgrade to twice the power;
3. please check homepage of the design…
