Part Number: UCC37321 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC37322 , around 2 or 3 months ago, I ordered 5 sets of ucc37321 and ucc37322, and around 1 week ago I got the time to use it in a project, but when I powered the project on, the ucc37321 ic keeps…
Hi Mamadu,
I am very glad to see you and thanks for your supports!
The current buffer circuit is good idea, regarding to the design solution,I have two questions below:
1. Could I have N-MOSFET and P-MOSFET to replace T1 and T2 respectively ?
2.…
Part Number: UCC37321 Hi, as the title suggests I'm a bit confused as to what the maximum voltage on the input pin can be. The datasheet states 6v or Vdd (in my case 12v for Vdd) as being the maximum, which one is it?
At the moment I'm currently…
Part Number: UCC37321 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27531 I am looking for a Single Low Side non inverting mosfet driver with enable input which will disable (tristate) the output so both H and L drivers are off. The UCC37321 appears to be close…
Hello,
we see that its pin 2 pin replacement, what about- what part is faster, In data sheet the MIC device looks better.
We need the strongest dv/dt to drive fast MOSFET and pulse width is lower than 100nsec.
Please advice.

Moshe

Hi Rogers,
Thanks for reaching out on E2E!
Please see the following feedback:
IN: Input looks good. If there is a lot of noise on your input waveforms, consider adding an RC filter with a TC of no greater than 20 ns.
EN: I notice that the label is a NC…
