Part Number: UCC38C44 Hey,
i design a DCM Flyback (DC to DC) Converter with the UCC38C44.
My problem is the Voltage Feedback Compensation in the description.
How to do this with a DCM Flyback or are the formulars the same ? Especially the Open Loop Gain…
Part Number: UCC38C44 Hi team,
I had a few questions regarding the SLUA274A app note in relation to the UCC38C44.
In section 2.5, under the equation for the snubber calulcation, equation 13 has a variable labeled "T". What does this refer to, turns ratio…
Hi BHARATH PRABHU,
I have had no response from you for a while, and am therefore going to mark this post as closed. Please feel free to open another post if you feel there are questions left to answer.
Thanks

Part Number: UCC38C44 I am working through the transformer design in SLUA274A and get a different Dmax after the turns ratio has been increased from 5.6 to 6, 0.419 instead of 0.347??
Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks
Steve
Zhuo,
TI does not have a PSPICE model available for UC3844. The models TI does provide are intended to work correctly on TI simulation platforms such a PSICE for TI and TINA. The UCC38C44 is the BiCMOS equivalent to the UC3844. You can find models for…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC38C44 , UCC28C44 Hello all,
I have started evaluating ucc38c44 for dc to dc conversion. I/p to MOSFET = 24V, O/p=15v , 500mA.
I have kept comp pin open and cs = GND, RT/CT = (1k,0.1uF) , and feedback voltage was max…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC38C44 , UC3844 Hi all ,
I have designed a flyback power supply using ucc38c44.
Specifications: Vin = 85-230VAC,50Hz Vout = 14Vdc, @ 1.5A(max)
I have designed the circuit as shown in fig.4 of ucc38c44 datasheet, The…
Part Number: UC1843B-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC38C44 In the datasheet of UC1843B-SP, in page 18/27, Section "Sense Resistor and Slope compensation" it says that when calculating the falling slope of the inductor current (Forward topolofy…
