Part Number: UCC5310 Hello,
I have a question for UCC53xx D package.
For DWV package, V_IOTM for DC voltage is defined as 2121 V_DC. But it is not specifed for D package. Is it the same as V_IORM, 990V?

Part Number: UCC5310 Hi team,
Our customer would like to install enable / disable function using IN+ and IN- pin for UCC5310.
I got rough the schematic from customer, so let me share it internally.
Thank you and best regards,
Michiaki
Part Number: UCC5310 I'm trying to debug some noise I'm seeing on a half bridge and using one of TI's technotes, and I'm a bit confused: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slla385a/slla385a.pdf?ts=1610328216837
I'm trying to replicate the example, and the math…
The UCC53XX devices, excluding UCC5304, have "CMOS inputs." This means the input thresholds change as VCC1 changes. The threshold levels are:
When designing your system, you need to make sure the input threshold levels of the UCC53XX are compatible…
Part Number: UCC5310 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC5350 Hi,
Do you have plan to release UCC5350 of DWV package version?
If yes, when is it?

Part Number: UCC5310 Hi,
I am developing low cost precharger solution for a solar inverter. The switch for this precharger is an IGBT. I was wondering if I can use the UCC531x or any other isolated gate driver to turn on and off the IGBT in this case…
Part Number: UCC5310 Hi Experts, My customer would like to use UCC5310MCDR for IGBT gate driver. Customer mentioned that IOL will be over 1.1A (around 1.5A). Is it violate IOL spec? [condition] - gate voltage: 15V - Gate resistor: 10ohm - switching frequency…
Tables 4 and 5 of the UCC53XX datasheets show that IN- may be used as an ENABLE pin. When IN- is driven high, the output is driven Low, regardless of the state of IN+. Simply drive your PWM input signal into IN+, and then connect your Enable signal (active…
