Hi,
We perform systematically an construction analysis of bought components. We have recently bought UCD9220 and UCD9090: these 2 references contained a die (chip) having the die marking "UCD9240". Is it normal?

Denis
Part Number: FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER Hi ,
I saw from description FUSION DIGITAL POWER DESIGNER support for UCD9220 — 2MHz, 2 rail, 4 phase digital PWM buck controller.
Could help me to check the FUSION DIGITAL POWER DESIGNER GUI support for…
Hi Qammar,
Is there a reason why you needed to mux the TSENSE signal from U39 (PTD08D210W) going into the UCD9248. There is an example schematic of a typical dual output application shown in Figure 22 . The typical schematic shows the TSENSE lines going…

Yes, both the UCD9220 and UCD9240 datasheets are incorrect in the specification of the t(timeout) as 35us max, you are correct that it should be 35ms.
I will have this added to the errata sheet for these devices, the newer controllers have already been…
Part Number: UCD9246 HI,
I am doing some testing on UCD9246 based power supply. When I chnage the switching frequency in GUI, the GUI is crashing and showing Fatal Error. I tried to change the frequency when all rails are in OFF condition. Is there any…
Unfortunately we do not have a UCD9240 EVM. You could use the UCD9224EVM. It will give you a good idea how these parts work. The UCD9220 has two outputs and up to four phases versus the 4 outputs and 8 phases of the UCD9240.
