Part Number: ULN2003AI Hi guys,
about 6 months ago I was considering the ULN2003B for a new design, but with my surprise I’m seeing now that the ULN2003B is not more active, and the suggested alternative product is the ULN2003AI.
From the data sheet…
Part Number: ULN2003AI Hi there!
Figure 5-5 states that with all 7 gates conducting at 100% duty cycle simultaneously, we would have a maximum collector current of only ~110mA.
Below are the currents we are sinking:
In total, we sink 135mA …
Part Number: ULN2003A Hi team, I'd like to know about the difference between ULN2003A and ULN2003AI for VOH. Why is there a difference between Vs-50mV and Vs-20mV? Does the internal structure make a difference? BR, Kengo.
Part Number: ULN2003AI Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULQ2003A , , ULN2003A Hi team, Could you tell me what is the difference between ULN2003AI and ULQ2003A? I would be happy to have a comparison chart. Sincerely. Kengo.
Part Number: ULN2003AI Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003A , ULQ2003A Hi team, ULQ2003A and ULN2003A have different temperature ranges. Some temperature-dependent SPECs are different, but the SPECs at room temperature(Ta = 25C) are the same. Does this…
Part Number: ULN2003AI Hi team,
My customer is using ULN2003AI but now looking for a alternative with lower VCE of about 0.6V.
Is there any device that meets this?
Regards,
Ohashi
Part Number: ULN2003AI Hi team,
In the datasheet, for the "Maximum Collector Current vs Duty Cycle" (figure 6-4 & 6-5), there are only a figure for D and N package.
Is there any data for the NS and PW package?
Regards,
Ohashi
