Because of the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., TI E2E™ design support forum responses may be delayed from November 25 through December 2. Thank you for your patience.
Hi Andrew,
Sorry for the delay on this. I believe that at 50C one channel can be left at 500mA indefinitely. At 25C, that should be fine.
I would also consider TPL7407LA . It has better thermal performance and characterization at both 70C and 25C for reference…
Part Number: ULN2004A Hi team,
Could you give me comment on following customer questions?
Q1. Does TI have maximum on resistance about transistor?
Q2. For Figure 1, is it correct understanding that it shows Vce when the single channel is turned on?
Q3…
Part Number: ULN2004A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003A , Hi Team
My customer has been using ULN2003A and they are also considering use ULN2004A now due to other manufacturer's EOL.
My customer asked if the noise immunity of ULN2004A is same…
Part Number: ULN2004A Hi,
I have a requirement of attaching the six inputs at 12-24V to the microcontroller. At the moment I am using MOSFET switches. But to reduce the number of components used, cost and miniaturize the overall PCB size, I am thinking…
Part Number: ULN2004A In ULN2004A datasheet , Absolute Maximum ratings operating free-air temperature range described -40~70C
But in the datasheet of PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM, ULN2004A temperature range is -20~70C.
Which is correct temperature range…
Part Number: ULN2004A For UNL2004DA, would you have an Internal diode model for the clamping diode between the collector and emitter that could be used for simulations? If not, do you have the forward voltage for the low current draws (i.e. 10mA)? The…
Part Number: ULN2004A I am looking for the pulse current rating for the collector outputs. The data sheet has Figure 4 which shows the Maximum collector current based on outputs conducting and duty cycle %. However, I do not see anywhere that states what…
Part Number: ULN2004A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003A , Hi Team,
I would like to know the range of the internal resistance value (10.5kΩ, 7.2kΩ, 3kΩ).
ULN2003A found a post with an internal resistance range of ±15%. Is it similar…
Part Number: ULN2004A I'm looking for the feature size for the ULN2004A. Our application may have to operate in an environment with some radioactive particles.
Can you tell me the feature size, in nm or um, for this part?
Thank you.
Part Number: ULN2004A Hello team,
I'm interested in the ULN2004A but I need to have a ULN2004A-like component but with an enable pin (which enables the entire array). Do you have any proposal that comes close to my request?
Thank you and best regards…
